These new features were recently released to all Facility Manager Edition users....Here's the scoop:
Work Order Reporting – We’ve added a reporting feature to the Work Order tab that gives you access to all Work Order data in a convenient table; with just a few mouse clicks, data can be sorted, filtered and arranged to your exact specifications. Created reports can also be saved, printed or exported. This reporting feature is perfect for creating cost analysis, building use and labor utilization reports!
Services –The new Services feature allows you to schedule vital services such as Custodial, Exterior and Interior Lighting, Audio/Visual, and HVAC along with any Resource. And just like Resources, Services can be viewed separately on the Reservations tab, may have Setup Information and Questions attached to them, and established Blackout Periods. There's even a new Resource Report specifically for Services! Click here to see a short demoSetup Questions – All Resource Setup Questions that exist within your organization are now maintained on a single master list. When adding or editing a Resource or Service, simply select the desired Setup Questions from the master list. New questions can be added to the list “on the fly” to keep you moving.
