DynaCal's Cmail is the perfect solution to remind and update you, and others, about anything on your organization's calendar, automatically.  Cmail, allows you to setup distribution groups to receive the updates, select what information from the calendar you want to update each group, and finally you are able to setup if you want the notifications to be sent immediately, daily, weekly, or monthly.

(Nearly) New Resource Notifications

A couple months ago, we released several new enhancements to our Resource management function, including a Resource Notifications feature that automatically sends an email every time a Resource is scheduled or changed. All you have to do is select the people to be notified for each Resource, and DynaCal does the rest!  This feature is sure to be a time-saver as you schedule and manage Resources. If you haven't started using Resource Notifications yet, we encourage you to check it out!
