Work Order Reporting – In response to customer feedback, we’ve added a reporting feature to the Work Order tab. You will have access to all Work Order data in a convenient table; with just a few mouse clicks, data can be sorted, filtered and arranged to your exact specifications. Created reports can be saved, printed or exported in PDF or XLS format. This reporting feature is perfect for creating cost analysis, building use and labor utilization reports! This is a perfect tool to help keep track of where time and money are being invested!
Services –There are many vital services that are frequently needed in conjunction with events at your school or church; i.e. Custodial Services, Exterior and Interior lighting, Food Services, Audio/Visual , and Heating & Cooling. The new Services feature allows you to schedule these Services along with any Resource. And just like Resources, you have the ability to create Services (with their own Setup Information and Questions), decide which Resources to include them, view by Service on the Reservations tab, and run reports based on the Service(s) you select. You can even establish Blackout Periods for Services!
Setup Questions – All Resource Setup Questions that exist within your organization will now be maintained on a single master list. When adding or editing a Resource or Service, simply select the desired Setup Questions from the master list. And not to worry – if the question you need isn’t on the list, it can be added “on the fly” to keep you moving. This nifty time-saver means you’ll never have to retype a Setup Question again!
