Last Minute Changes? No Problem! DynaCal Communicates Changes Automatically...

Unpredictable weather...  Because of it, last minute changes and cancellations are inevitable.  Did you know you can rely on DynaCal to communicate those changes to everyone?  DynaCal's functionality has your communication needs in mind. 

By posting a Delay / Cancellation entryto DynaCal, it will automatically generate text messages and email notifications to the users who subscribe to them via My DynaCal.  The same is true for an event already in the calendar, which you cancel, reschedule, or postpone.

DynaCal's Cmail is the perfect solution to remind and update you, and others, about anything on your organization's calendar, automatically.  Cmail, allows you to setup distribution groups to receive the updates, select what information from the calendar you want to update each group, and finally you are able to setup if you want the notifications to be sent immediately, daily, weekly, or monthly.
