Have you noticed how many of the announcements that you print and share with your constituents end up in the trash can? Stop wasting paper, print cartridges, and time. Post those news/announcements in DynaCal and attach newsletters or other files with it.
From the Events tab... Select "Add News/Announcement, choose the start and the end date for your announcement, select the appropriate category, give it a brief description (i.e. "October Newsletter"). Switch to "Attachments & UDFs," select add attachment, browse your computer for it, select the pdf or other file you would like to post, click on upload file, and voilĂ ! The file readily available for all who want it or need it.
